John

John opened up JAC in April 1998 and was the only employee for the first three years. His career in the automotive field started when he turned 16, and he has been working full time ever since 1983. John is an ASE Certified Master Technician and has been since 1999.

When not at the shop, his love for sports takes him from the soccer fields to the OTL courts at Fiesta island. Collecting baseball cards and working with his favorite nonprofits like The Boys & Girls Clubs of East County and The Automotive Service Councils of California.

Bryan

Bryan's genuine concern for others helped him fit right into our family back in 2010. He comes from an extensive automotive background starting in the early '90s!

He is an ASE- Certified Service Consultant, as well as certified in Suspension, making him a real asset to the JAC team. Bryan is married to his beautiful wife, Charlene, and they have five children: Andrew, Bryan, Nicole, Tyler, and Matthew.

You can find Bryan out kayaking, fishing, woodworking, or coaching soccer when he is not at the shop.

Patrick

Patrick's passion for helping the community with all their automotive needs started in 1980 and has been a huge asset ever since! Patrick is an ASE certified service advisor. He is supported by his wife Jennifer and their 2 kids Kevin and

Stephanie. If he isn't in the office, you'll see him cheering for his grandkids at the soccer field or acting!

Justin

Justin has been a valuable addition to the JAC family since 2016, starting his passion for the automotive field back in 2012. He is supported by his wife Joslyn and his 3 beautiful children, Meeya, Kennedy, and his newborn son Jamie. Outside of the shop he is a full time Dad enjoying playtime with the kids, going to the San Diego Zoo, weekend trips to Julian and local Santee events.

Scott

Scott joined the JAC team in 2024, but his passion for the automotive field began at the young age of 16. With years of hands-on experience, Scott holds certifications as a Journeyman Diesel Technician, Journeyman Parts Technician, and is an NHRA drag racer. Outside of the shop, Scott enjoys working on street rods, performance add-ons, and custom, long-term builds. He’s also passionate about home repairs and loves to spend his free time hiking. Scott is a proud father to his son, Jordan.

Jose

Jose joined the JAC family and the automotive industry in early October of 2021. He is going to school to get certifications to be a more experienced and better all-around mechanic. Jose Is a great guy to have around the shop and is very helpful no matter the situation, No matter what Jose will drop whatever he is doing to help anyone out.

David

David is our newest technician here at John’s, but his passion for the automotive industry began in 2015. With a drive for excellence, David became an ASE Certified Technician five years ago and has since honed his skills to become an invaluable addition to our team. His dedication to the trade and technical expertise make him a great fit for John’s. David is supported by his wife, Sky, and their two children, Arturo and Alina. He is excited to continue growing in the automotive field and contribute to the success of the team. Outside of work, David enjoys fishing, riding ATVs, spending time at the beach, and following various sports. His love for the outdoors and active lifestyle is a big part of who he is.

Chris

Chris has been in the automotive industry since 2008, having two different ASE certifications and an AA automotive degree. On Chris's free time he enjoys riding motorcycles and playing sports with his 3 beautiful children, Sebastian, Delyla, and Julian.

Cassidy

Cassidy joined the JAC family in 2024, bringing a passion for the automotive industry that began during her high school years, when she took body shop at Santana. This early exposure sparked a lasting interest in the field, and she’s excited to continue her journey at JAC. With her enthusiasm and hands-on experience, Cassidy is eager to contribute to the success of the team. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys off-roading, reading, and hiking, making the most of her free time in the great outdoors.

Laurie

Laurie has been with us since early 2014. Her positive energy and care and compassion for our customers have made her an excellent addition to our automotive family. And speaking of family, Laurie has been married to her wonderful husband, Larry, for over 25 years! Larry and Laurie have three children who happen to be triplets, Jessica, Cameron, and Lindsey!
